FAQ
Auction questions, answered.
How the $IBIZA Uniswap Continuous Clearing Auction (CCA) fairlaunch works — timing, bidding, refunds, and locked liquidity.
When does the auction start?
Your local time…
21 July 2026, 15:20 UTC
The fairlaunch runs for 24 hours via Uniswap’s Continuous Clearing Auction (CCA) v4 on Robinhood chain.
How does bidding work?
Your bid budget is automatically streamed across all remaining blocks in the auction (based on the project’s supply release schedule). As blocks pass, any remaining budget is re-spread over the newer remaining blocks. Your max price caps when you participate — if a block clears above your max, that slice skips.
Example: $1,000 budget, max price $0.015, 1,000 blocks left → about $1 allocated per block at first.
- Block clears at $0.012 → you buy with that slice
- Later block clears at $0.014 → you keep buying
- Block clears at $0.016 → you’re out of range for that slice
You keep every token bought so far. Unspent budget can be withdrawn or rebidded on the Uniswap interface.
Does earlier bidding help?
Earlier bidders tend to get more of their budget filled at lower prices, but late bidders can still participate meaningfully. Timing matters less than your actual valuation. The longer your bid stays active at a competitive max price, the more you accumulate.
What if the launch threshold isn’t met?
If the minimum ~6.5 ETH launch threshold isn’t reached, every bid is automatically refunded via smart contract — 100% on-chain. Reclaim on the Uniswap interface.
What’s the starting floor valuation?
Floor price $0.0₄25 → about 25k FDV / $12.5k MCAP at the bottom of the auction. Roughly 475.7M $IBIZA can sell for ETH against the 880M auction deposit so the CCA can seed a deep 50/50 ETH / $IBIZA LP.
What happens to liquidity?
Uniswap CCA automatically creates and permanently locks a starting 50/50 paired (ETH / $IBIZA) pool using raised ETH plus matching $IBIZA reserved for the LP.
Can I sell during the auction?
No. Tokens are locked until the auction fully ends — no early sells, same rules for everyone.
How are bots and snipers handled?
Every bid is automatically spread across remaining blocks. No last-second gas wars — valuation wins, not timing games.
Why Uniswap CCA?
CCA means Continuous Clearing Auction — Uniswap’s on-chain auction that clears bids continuously over time instead of a single snap sale.
It’s a DeFi-native launch that aims for fair, wide community distribution, removes gatekeepers, bootstraps real locked liquidity, and cuts the usual launch drama.
It’s secured and audited — no rug playbook, no hosting drama. For $IBIZA, it matches the fair, community-first vibe so we can party together.
